 At Southland Designs our tight-knit group of dedicated wave-riders is in the water continuously testing our products and fine-tuning our models, always trying to improve and make our boards even better.  It is a family of ideas and we take advantage of the variety of surf in our home turf here in San Diego to design and build our surfboard models that are versatile and work in a wide range of surf.  Unlike molded boards or boards that have been built overseas, we build our boards here at home which enables us to make adjustments the same day or build a custom board that meets or exceeds the expectations for all of our surfing friends.  Our team-riders are our customers and the feedback from them is what drives us to build the best surfboards possible.  Our job is to insure riding one of our boards will give you that stoke to put the spark back in your surfing experience
